CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 36 hours’ notice for a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of your deposit will be retained, but you’ll have the opportunity to reschedule using the remaining deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a forfeiture of the 50% deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. For no-call, no-show appointments, 100% of the service fee will be charged. You will not be able to rebook, until the no show fee is paid.
