CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Booking Policy Effective January 1st, 2026 To continue providing quality service and protect appointment times, the following policy will be in place: ✨ A 50% deposit is required when booking your appointment — or you must have an active card on file. ✨ Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment: – Your deposit will be kept. – You may rebook using that deposit within 7 days. – After 7 days, a new deposit will be required. ✨ Cancellations within 24 hours: – The deposit is forfeited. – A new deposit is required to rebook. ✨ No-Call / No-Show: – You will be charged 100% of the service you were scheduled for.
